Zerowell Books is based out of sunny Southeast Florida and focuses predominately on sardonic speculative and satirical fiction. Additionally, it embraces a Beatnik Transcendentalist ethos alongside existential and non-heavy handed yet biting sociopolitical themes. Founded by Veronica Abrams in 2023 it is currently publishing short stories and poems in the veins of writers such as Chuck Palahniuk, Ray Bradbury, Kurt Vonnegut, Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Jim Morrison, Leonard Cohen, and of course Jack Kerouac. Zerowell Books is in partnership with Zerowell Records.
Mission Statement: Zerowell Books features select Southern poets and writers. Zerowell Books believes in supporting indie bookstores rather than corporations and Amazon. Therefore, Zerowell publications are only available via the website, independent bookstores, bookfairs, and other various locations and are not distributed via Amazon.
